參加兒童及青少年組別而未滿十八歲運動員必需由家長/監護人簽訂同意書
Athletes under the age of 18 participating in the Children & Youth Category must have a parent/guardian sign a consent form
參賽成人組別運動員必須足18歲或以上
Senior participants must be 18 or above
1. 兒童組 5-12 歲（2020出生或以上）
2. 青少年組 13-17歲（2012出生或以上）
3. 成人組 18歲或以上（2007年12月31日之前出生)
1. Children’s Group: Ages 5-12 (born in 2020 or later)
2. Youth Group: Ages 13-17 (born in 2012 or later)
3. Adult Group: Age 18 or above (born before December 31, 2007)

成人組參賽資格：
-有摔跤經驗者
– 持有有效的香港身份證及有效回鄉証(適合香港參賽者)
– 在香港居住三年或以上(適合香港參賽者)
– 本會會員
– 符合資格的選手將自動獲得第15屆全國運動會摔跤選拔資格(適合香港參賽者)
– 被成功選拔勝出者，必須按照中國全運會規定的體能測試，才可成功獲得代表資格，每個重量級第一名將會代表中國香港出戰全運會，如第一名自動棄權或體能不合格或不跟本會安排訓練、宣傳，本會將有權決定由第二名即亞軍或季軍代替出賽。
Eligibility for Children and Youth Group:
– Participants with wrestling experience
– Members of the Hong Kong China Wrestling Association Limited
Eligibility for Senior Group:
– Participants with wrestling experience
– Holder of a valid Hong Kong Identity Card and a valid Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Resident(Suitable for Hong Kong participants)
– Residing in Hong Kong for three years or more(Suitable for Hong Kong participants)
– Eligible participants will automatically qualify for the wrestling qualifier in the 15th National Games(Suitable for Hong Kong participants)
-The successful selection of the winner must follow the physical fitness test stipulated by the Chinese National Games 2025 in order to successfully qualify as a representative
– Members of the Hong Kong China Wrestling Association Limited
-Qualified players will automatically qualify for the 15th National Games Wrestling Trials
-The winner of the selection must follow the physical fitness test prescribed by the National Games of China in order to successfully qualify as a representative, and the first place winner in each category will represent Hong Kong, China in the National Games, if the first place is automatically waived or the physical fitness is not qualified or the training and publicity are not arranged with the Association, the Association will have the right to decide to replace of the second place or the third runner-up.

淘汰賽形式進行,勝出者將出賽下一輪比賽,直至得分為冠、亞、季軍.
The lockout form will be played, and the winner will go to the next round of the competition, and the instant score will be the first, second and third place.
Awards & Prizes
Up to four (4) medals may be awarded for individual categories: 1st, 2nd and joint 3rd,
– Senior Games :The first-place winner in each weight category will represent Hong Kong, China, in the National Games 2025

比賽裝束規定:
A)藍色及紅色指定摔跤服，背面7cm闊橫條,用以該組別顏色,摔跤服雙腿邊界定為7cm闊.
B)整體紅色或藍色
Singlet:
Red and Blue Markings
Each Singlet will have a total of three markings consisting of:
• Two 7cm bands, one on each leg, shall be positioned across the bottom edge of the leg. For clear distinction the marking shall cover the circumference of the leg.
• One 7 cm band positioned below athlete’s name and NOC code on the backside of the upper torso. The band should be exclusively placed on the back half of the singlet, not visible on the front half.
B)all red or all blue
摔跤鞋:
摔跤鞋是摔跤運動比賽和練習中使用的運動服。 一般來說，它們輕便靈活，試圖模仿赤腳，同時提供更多的牽引力和腳踝支撐，減少感染疾病或用暴露的腳趾甲傷害對手的機會。 因此，摔跤鞋往往採用高幫設計，以提供腳踝支撐和緩衝。
Wrestling shoes:
Wrestling shoes are active wear used in competition and practice for the sport of wrestling. Generally light and flexible, they try to mimic the bare foot, while providing slightly more traction and ankle support and less chance of contracting a disease or hurting the opponent with exposed toe nails. As a result, wrestling shoes tend to have a high top design to provide ankle support and cushioning.
1.報名表格中列出所有參賽者，同意與「中國香港摔跤理事會有限公司」簽定比賽約束力之合約
2.報名日期:2025年01月24日至02月28日。
3.所有遞交的資料一概不予發還
4主辦方將保存參賽者資料作「第五屆香港本地摔跤錦標賽2025」之用，所有資料將絕對保密並於比賽後鎖毀。
5.參加者必須為本會會員。加入會員會費成人每年港幣300元正,兒童及青少年港幣$200元正。
6.如有任何情況，參賽者不能繼續參賽，報名費一律不會發還（除了訓練費）
7.賽事期間雙方選手，有任何受傷，主辦機構及協辦機構本不需附上任何責任。並每位參賽者必須擁有有效的個人保險。
1.All contestants listed in the registration form agree to sign a binding contract with the “Wrestling Sport Association HongKong, China”
2. Registration date: Jan 24 to Feb 28, 2025.
3. All submitted information will not be returned
4. The organizer will save the contestants’ information for “The fourth Hong Kong Wrestling Championship 2025”. All information will be kept strictly confidential and will be locked after the competition.
5. Participants must be members of the Association. Membership fee adult is HK$300 per year.kids & youth HK$200 per year.
6. In case of any circumstances, the participants cannot continue to participate in the competition, and the registration fee will not be refunded (except for the training fee)
7. The organizers and co-organizers do not need to attach any responsibility for any injuries to the players of both sides during the competition. And each entrant must have valid personal insurance.
選手配對方式：
採抽籤方式，抽籤時間由主辦單位通知各出賽選手及教練。
Wrestler pairing method:
The drawing method is notified by the organizer to notify the wrestlers and coaches.
參賽選手請於指定時間內繳交以下健檢資料：
女子組請於賽前七日繳交未懷孕聲明書。
參賽選手最晚賽前一天（過磅日）及比賽當天確認及簽署健檢報告，量度血壓及心跳狀況
根據香港衛生署指引，請於賽前繳交下列健康證明之一：
Participants please pay the following health inspection information within the specified time:
The women’s group invited a statement of unprepared pregnancy on the seven days before the game.
One day before the competition of the contestants (weight day) and the day of the competition confirmed and signed a health checkup report, measurement of blood pressure and heartbeat conditions
According to the guidance of the Hong Kong Department of Health, please pay one of the following health certificates before the game:
過磅規則：
依規則過磅，男子可著短褲，女子穿著運動上衣及貼身短褲，上秤過磅時不得吃東西或飲料，體檢過磅及格者，始得參與比賽。體檢過磅者需攜帶身分證，未攜帶身分證者不得參加體檢過磅。
過磅日期；2025年03月7日晚上7:00
Scaled rules:
Over the rules, men can wear short pant, women wear top and tight shorts, and they must not eat or drink when they are scaled. Those who pass the scale in a physical examination will participate in the competition.
Wrestlers need to bring their ID card, and who do not bring their ID card shall not participate in the scale of examination.
